I hear from SO many of you that your workplace has made a deal out of you using wearable pumps while seeing patients and documenting in a common area. Luckily I don’t deal with this - my team doesn’t care or pay any attention really. Let’s be clear: in the US, you can legally pump breast milk in any location you are authorized to be, including public spaces and workplaces. And you can’t see anything with wearables!! Sometimes people can hear the little motor but it’s no big deal and it’s almost never quiet enough in the hospital to hear it anyways.

We started bringing him into the gym with us from birth - first in a swing, a bouncer, a standing activity center, a playpen, and now he’s right in the middle of the action with us! We’re doing the same with our girl 🤍 and hope we can foster a joyful approach to exercise with our kids
